10-12 hours of service

Here to take the stress of the day-of-details off your shoulders. Whether its checking in with the officiant about the marriage license, double checking the seating chart, guiding guests to the correct areas, or going on a late night beer run for the after party, we will handle it. Our job is to think of things before they become an issue. We will be responsible for keeping the timeline on track, guiding vendors, and fixing any last-minute issues to the best of our ability.

• 1-3 in person meetings

• Ceremony rehearsal walkthrough assistance

• Bridal party management

A second Day-of Coordinator is available for additional fee of $300. Second coordinator required for large weddings, 150+ guests.

Lodging fees may apply for weddings over 50 miles from the Sabattus town office.

Planning starts 1-3 months before the wedding

This package focuses on the last minute details of the wedding and creating an efficient timeline. Together we will go over the whole wedding and try to find details that may have been missed and how to solve them. We will help you create a detailed timeline for your bridal party and your vendors. 

Includes day of coordination package.

Planning starts 3-6 months before the wedding

Know what type of vibe your wedding is but not sure what decorations to choose or where to find them? We are here for you. At this point the couple has already selected their vendors. We will help you make your Pinterest board a reality through decorations, centerpieces, florals, and more. 

Includes day of coordination package and crunch-time planning package. 

Planning starts after contract is signed. 

Wedding planning from start to finish. We will first meet to go over your vision and budget. Then I will present you with vendor options and details and continue the planning and designing from there.
